Policies
Return Policy:
Immediate payment is expected at checkout. I accept payment by PayPal.
** Please note that you do NOT need a PayPal account to pay via credit card. Simply select the "PayPal" button at checkout and you will be taken to a secure page where you can pay by credit card.
You photographs and/or prints will be shipped only after full payment has been received. If you have paid by E-Check through PayPal I will wait until the payment clears before working on your order/shipping.
If payment hasn't been made within 3 days of placing an order, with no email correspondence, I will cancel the order.
Shipping Policy:
All photographs are shipped flat in sturdy, protective packaging.
Within the US, all photographs 8x12 and smaller will be shipped First-Class Mail via the USPS with Delivery Confirmation. Prints 11x14 and larger are shipped Priority Mail via the USPS with Delivery Confirmation.
Prints that are IN STOCK will ship within 24-48 hours Monday-Friday, if ordered on Saturday your order will be shipped Monday. Prints that are NOT IN STOCK will ship within 48-72 hours Monday - Friday, if ordered on Saturday your order will be processed on Monday. Please see next paragraph for shipping times on custom size prints. Custom sizes include ALL enlargements, custom crops and some smaller sized prints including 5x7's, 5x5's and 4x6's.
If you order a print in a custom size, please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to arrive within the US. Once you order custom sized print(s) from me, I then order them from a professional photo printing lab. Once I receive them, I inspect them and then ship them out to you. As soon as your order ships, I'll send you an email informing you that your package is on the way along with a tracking link.
If you would like your items to be shipped Priority, please email me and the shipping costs will be adjusted.
Refund Policy:
I want you to be very happy with your purchase! If you are not satisfied, I will exchange your item(s) or refund your money (minus return shipping costs) up to 14 days after you have received your order. You will be responsible for returning items in their original condition as well as return shipping costs. If you return an item, your money will be refunded as soon as I receive the item. Please send me a note first to let me know you're returning something so I'll know to look for it in the mail.
IMPORTANT - Please keep in mind that every computer monitor displays color a bit differently, so what you see on your computer screen could conceivably vary a little bit from the prints you receive.
Privacy Policy:
Your contact information will be only used for fulfilling your order and will not be sold.
Custom Orders:
I am open to custom orders. If you would like a different size than what is listed, please use the contact page or send email to info@naturesimagesbydesign.com and I will do my best to accommodate you.
Additional Information:
Photos are not matted or framed.
All prints are signed and dated on the back.
I welcome your wholesale inquiries. Sorry, I'm not able to take consignment requests.
